The Right Way to Judge ()

“Judge not” is one of the most familiar—and often misunderstood—statements Jesus made. Matthew 7:1–6 does not call Christians to ignore sin or remain silent, but it does show us the right way to practice biblical discernment.
In Week 3 of Discernment Matters, we learn that correction must begin with the person in the mirror. When we allow God’s Word to confront us first, we can approach others with humility, truth, and a desire to restore rather than condemn.
